Wendy Reynolds is a lifelong Broome County resident and has over 25 years of experience working with families in various care settings. Her advanced degree education in the field of Social Work is ongoing. Wendy has specialized experience helping families with significant life changes, such as a move or downsizing while keeping the focus directly on the client. She emphasizes collaboration between clients, care providers, and families and facilitates a smooth transition during stressful times. Wendy has strength in supporting the many decisions that must be made thoughtfully and practically. Wendy is not only "highly valued" by clients and families but also by all team members as a mentor and an amazingly supportive colleague who cares deeply for everyone's well-being as a care professional. Wendy is a Co-Founder of the Up & Forward Care Worker Foundation, a non-profit organization supporting care worker education and daily living means when emergencies arise.

Kim Evanoski EdD CMC LMSW MPA is privileged to provide care services to elders, individuals with disabilities, care partners, and families living in New York State. Her passion is to promote care partnership, encourage care partner wellness and education, and build professional collaborations that use a person-directed care service model. Kim has over 30 years of experience, with an Education Doctorate in Executive Leadership (Ed.D.) degree, and holds a Master's in Public Administration and a Master's in Social Work. She is nationally certified as a Care Manager and has Advanced Professional status as an Aging Life Care Expert. Kim currently serves on local, regional, and national committees to improve the lives of elders and their care partners because she believes that lifetime care needs whole community support.
